Hire Dawna to Speak at Your Event

Dawna Hetzler is passionate about rebuilding women's perceptions of other women, based on Godly principles. She believes that when we form alliances together, it impacts the world in a mighty way. Dawna's vision is to build an army of women who encourage each other, speak truths to one another, and love greatly. She is the founder of a growing network of women called The Jericho Girls, who meet to break down the walls of "Jericho" around their hearts; taking women by the hand and transforming lives-one woman at a time. Her book, Walls of a Warrior, helps women to break barriers and build alliances.

Dawna is a sought-after speaker, who has been active in the speaking arena since 2010. She addresses an average of 250 men and women per event at retreats and conferences nationwide. She is a speaker trainer for Stonecroft Ministries, a worldwide organization that shares the Gospel message.12234892_10207107406859435_5403508548351913361_n

Dawna is NOT a morning person and needs lots of coffee to get going, thinking, possibly even breathing. She broke her arm riding her dirt bike and has a whale of a story on how it happened. When she's not writing or speaking, you will find her spending quiet moments with her high school sweetheart, David, to whom she's been married since 1989. She also likes spending time with her rescue Siberian Huskies. She loves to laugh-especially at herself, and openly shares that she inherited the "uncoordinated gene" from her dad.

Dawna has been interviewed on The Christian Television Network, WGGS TV-Nite Line in South Carolina, and WATC TV-Babbie's House in Atlanta. She was featured in the October 2014 issue of Her Life Magazine. She has also been interviewed on more than 30 radio programs. For more information visit her website: www.dawnahetzler.com.

Walls of a Warrior: Conquering the Fears of Our Hearts
You have fears. We all do. You are not alone. Each of us fear something, and it's what we do with those fears that either propels us in life or keeps us in bondage. Fear builds impenetrable walls around our hearts. Those barriers keep us from living in freedom. Walls obstruct our personal growth and hinder our relationships, which then affects every area of our lives. Are you ready to do some demo work? Join Dawna, a guide who's been through it! So grab your tool belt-together, we'll face your fears, and shatter the walls that you've built. These walls need to come down just like the walls of Jericho came crashing down to transform you into the woman of God you were called to be-one without walls. (Great for a multiple session women's conference or retreat.)

Overwhelmed with Victory
Unfortunately, we spend more time being overwhelmed by the daily battle-being caregivers, businesswomen, wives, and mothers. We become engulfed in day-to-day ongoings, missing moments of being overwhelmed in a good way. Each trial leaves us with invisible scars or open wounds. BUT, we are more than conquerors. Do you believe that? Dawna reveals three vital ways to overcome the battle and transform into the warriors we are designed to be. Living each moment in anticipation of triumph.

Unleashing Peace through the Power of Surrender
We like to believe that we can control all things. But the truth is tough to swallow-we really don't have control of anything. Yet as women, we still try to command life. Dawna, a recovering control addict, teaches us three ways to relinquish control and receive peace. When we are able to live with open hands, we break the chains that keep us from living in freedom.

Who Told You That?
All we have to do is turn on the television, read print media or look at advertisements to understand that we bombarded with untruths, such as: beauty equates to youth, it's alright to covet what someone else has, and our self-worth comes from our success. These falsifications began thousands of years ago in the Garden of Eden. Eve was lied to and that legacy of deception affects us today. It's time to take back our rightful place and live in the Truth. Dawna teaches how to debunk the lies that are told to us and step into our true identities-daughters of the King.

Living Fearlessly
The National Institute of Mental Health states that 6.3 Million Americans are diagnosed with some type of phobia each year! Dawna was forced to face her giants and shares three of her biggest fears, showing us how to trump fear and be victorious. With practical one-step-at-a-time instruction, she inspires each of us to fear less and to live fearlessly.

How To Be Rich
In a world where status, possessions and money matters, we are enticed to live the rat race of success. Dawna's been there and shares her journey through financial crises, striving to get back what she lost. Along the way, she finds that prosperity is found in a most unexpected way. She walks us through the story of the paralyzed man by the pool of Bethesda and his life-changing encounter with Jesus. And unpacks what it looks like to be well-what it means to be truly rich.

Statement of Faith:

    • The Bible is the inspired Word of God, without error, and is the final authority for faith and practice.
    • One God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
    • Jesus Christ's deity, virgin birth, sinless human life, death on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where at the right hand of the Father, He is our Advocate.
    • Salvation by grace alone, through faith alone in Jesus Christ.
    • The Church is composed of all people who, through a saving faith in Jesus Christ, have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit, and are united together in the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the Lord and Head.
    • The Holy Spirit indwells and empowers believers. Believers have direct access to God through Jesus, and access to all knowledge through the Scriptures.
    • The dead will be resurrected bodily: the believer to everlasting joy in the presence of Lord, and the unbeliever to God's judgment.
    • Christ's personal return to establish His kingdom on earth.
    • Obedience to our Lord's command to lead people of all nations to faith in Christ and grow in Christ-likeness.
