Maybe it’s from always pouring out. Perhaps it’s from being too isolated. Regardless, here’s three things to do when you find yourself in a funk:
*Rest and get out of the daily routine. Resting can come in many forms: A nap, time alone to think, doing something artistic, taking a brisk walk…
*Try to identify what’s causing your weariness, but don’t be quick to fix it. Give yourself some needed space and spend some time in prayer.
*Get together with a friend. My friends always help me feel better. If you’re an introvert, reach out to someone via a call or text. Let someone you trust know that you need some encouragement.
